🔁 Return and Code Exchange Policy

1- Complete the order and receive the code. Once the purchase is complete and the code is sent to you, it is not possible to cancel the order, request a refund, or exchange the code. However, we guarantee that the code is working properly, and in the event of any malfunction, we will resolve the issue or provide an alternative code.

2- Code Validity: Some codes have a specific expiration date, so please use them before they expire.

3- Country Compatibility: Codes are specific to specific countries. You must ensure that the correct country is selected when ordering, as the code will not work if it is not compatible.

4- Checking Suspicious Transactions: Orders will only be processed if the transaction is valid. If there is any suspicion or unusual activity, the transaction will be stopped immediately, the full amount will be refunded, and the relevant authorities, such as the Cybercrime Department at the Ministry of Commerce, will be notified to take the necessary action.

5- Responsibility for Entered Data: We are not responsible for any errors in the data entered by the customer, which may affect the success of the order.

6 - Reporting Problems: If there is a problem with the code, it must be reported within 24 hours of receiving it so we can contact the supplier and address the issue.

🔁 سياسة الاسترجاع واستبدال الأكواد

١- إتمام الطلب واستلام الكود بمجرد إتمام عملية الشراء وإرسال الكود إليك، لا يمكن إلغاء الطلب أو طلب استرداد المبلغ أو استبدال الكود. ومع ذلك، نضمن أن الكود يعمل بشكل سليم، وفي حال وجود أي خلل، سنتولى حل المشكلة أو توفير كود بديل.

٢- مدة صلاحية الأكواد بعض الأكواد لها تاريخ انتهاء محدد، لذا يُرجى استخدامها قبل انتهاء صلاحيتها

٣- توافق الدولة الأكواد مخصصة لدول معينة. يجب التأكد من اختيار الدولة الصحيحة أثناء الطلب، لأن الكود لن يعمل إذا كانت الدولة غير متوافقة

٤- التحقق من العمليات المشبوهة يتم تنفيذ الطلب فقط إذا كانت العملية سليمة. في حال وجود شك أو نشاط غير معتاد، يتم إيقاف العملية فورًا، وإرجاع المبلغ بالكامل، وإبلاغ الجهات المختصة مثل قسم الجرائم الإلكترونية بوزارة التجارة لاتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمة.

٥- المسؤولية عن البيانات المدخلة نحن غير مسؤولين عن أي أخطاء في البيانات التي يتم إدخالها من طرف العميل، والتي قد تؤثر على نجاح الطلب

٦ - الإبلاغ عن المشاكل في حال وجود مشكلة بالكود، يجب الإبلاغ عنها خلال 24 ساعة من استلامه، حتى نتمكن من التواصل مع المورد ومعالجة المشكلة
